Grown with the Eco-Ag system, this turnip grew so large it exceeded the potting mix level of the planter in which it was grown. While the turnip itself grew large, so did the turnip plant with stalks over thirty-six inches in height. When harvested and extracted for examination, this turnip plant revealed its weave of fiberous roots all around the small membrane within the planter.
